The trial is 20 hours for $49, under $2.50 an hour. After that, the 50-hour plan is $3.98 an hour and the 100-hour plan is $3.49 an hour.
What happens after the first month?
The trial is only for new clients, and only for the first month. After that it renews automatically as the 50-hour plan at $199 a month. You can switch to 100 hours or pay as you go, or cancel, any time from Billing.
What happens after 100 hours on pay as you go?
The first 100 hours are $349. Each extra hour is $3.25. Those extra hours show up on your billing page for payment.
Do I manage each person?
You have one manager. They assign the virtual assistant, developer, marketer, designer, or other specialist the task needs.
What kind of work can I send?
Virtual assistance, software and web development, social media and marketing, design, writing, customer support, and video editing.
Do I have to talk to anyone before I pay?
No. You create an account and pay for the trial through PayPal. If you would rather talk first, schedule a meeting and we will go through the work and the right plan.
Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel any time from Billing. The plan stops renewing at the end of the current paid period, and your remaining hours last until then.
What if the person assigned is not the right fit?
Tell your manager. Every specialist is vetted before client work, and the 100-hour plan includes a replacement when someone is not the right fit.
