1. Agreement
These terms are between you and 1Workroom. Creating an account or buying a plan means you agree to them. The public site is 1Workroom. Questions go to [email protected].
2. The service
1Workroom gives you one manager who coordinates accepted requests across virtual assistance, design, software and web development, automation, writing, marketing, and video editing. A request still depends on scope, capacity, access, and timing. Sending a request does not by itself guarantee a particular result.
3. Accounts
- Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure.
- Make sure each person on the account is allowed to act for you.
- Tell us if you think someone else is using the account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Distribute malicious code.
- Access systems, accounts, or data without permission.
5. Plans and fees
Plans are billed in USD. Prices on the pricing page are the prices that apply at checkout.
- New clients can buy a one-time first-month trial of 20 hours for $20. Trial hours expire after 30 days.
- 50 hours are $100 a month.
- 100 hours are $180 a month.
- Pay as you go is $180 for the first 100 hours, then $1.75 for each extra hour.
The 50-hour and 100-hour plans stop when the prepaid hours are used. Payments are processed by Creem.
6. Your materials and our tools
You own the materials you supply and the deliverables produced for you. 1Workroom keeps its own tools and reusable methods.
