2. Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, and role.
- Workspace content such as requests, messages, files, and time records.
- Billing status, such as the plan you selected and whether a payment succeeded. Card numbers stay with Creem. We do not store them.
- Technical data such as browser, IP address, and logs needed to run and protect the service.
- Messages you send to [email protected].
If you sign in with Google, Google receives that sign-in request.
3. How we use it
- Provide the service and coordinate the work you send.
- Create and secure accounts.
- Bill the plan you chose and keep payment records.
- Answer support requests.
- Meet legal obligations.
4. Processors
We share information with companies that run the service:
- Creem, for payments.
- Resend, for email.
- Vercel, for hosting.
- The configured object storage, for files you upload.
We do not sell personal information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records while your account is open and for as long as we need them for tax, disputes, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete account information by emailing [email protected]. We may keep records we are required to retain.
6. Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure.
7. Your requests
Email [email protected] to ask for access to, a correction of, or deletion of your information. Include the account email so we can find the right record.
8. Children
The service is not for children.
9. Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
