New clients can buy a first-month trial of 20 hours for $20. After that, 50 hours are $100 a month, 100 hours are $180 a month, and pay as you go is $180 for the first 100 hours plus $1.75 for each extra hour. Those prices are also on the pricing page.
2. How to ask
Write to [email protected] with the account email, charge date, amount, and what happened. Do not send card numbers.
3. Charges we refund
Duplicate charges, and charges that do not match the price shown at checkout, are refunded.
4. Cancellation
Cancel from Billing, using Manage in Creem. Renewal stops at the end of the current paid period. Access and remaining hours last until that date and do not roll over.
5. Hours
Hours already used are not refunded. Unused hours after the period ends are not refunded. The $20 trial is a paid first month. Unused trial hours expire after 30 days.
